Spain is widely famous for its wines' high quality, and La Rioja is one of the main areas for wine production. It is in this part of Spain that you will find an abundance of quality wines, as well as beautiful landscapes. Enjoy visiting two wineries (bodegas), and take a relaxing walk through the vineyards. You'll learn the wine-making process, ranging from the grape harvest through to the maturation, and will finish the experience with a wine tasting in each winery to taste some of the best Rioja wines. Two different wineries will be visited in order to learn the difference from one winery to the other. Throughout the day you will also visit the charming medieval village of Laguardia. For lunch, three tapas and an extra three local wines will be tasted.
