My husband and I took the private tour. We realized renting a car for 24 hours would have cost the same, and this way we can skip the driving and have a tour guide! We loved our guide Ichrak’s explanation of the local areas around Nice and his knowledge of the traditions and landmarks. We went in early September so unfortunately the gorge was on the drier side and the lavenders had been harvested. However we still had a great time exploring the area and would recommend it! Definitely take Dramamine - my husband who normally doesn’t get carsick was quite nauseous.

Mat our host/driver was excellent!! He was funny and very knowledgeable which made the trip very interesting and fun, especially as the other people on the tour were quiet. He made us feel very welcome and happy & wanted to make our trip very good. I strongly recommend this trip if you want to see beautiful villages and the lake. The lavender fields were out of season when we went but I still think we got amazing value for money & we were picked up and dropped off outside our accommodation which makes it very easy! Thanks so much Mat!

A very nice tour with a knowledgeable and really cool guide through great and breathtaking places. The driver/guide was a professional - he drove the car well, it felt like we were participating in a real rally through the serpentines :D This tour will be for those who like not only the beautiful views of nature, but also the speed. If you get sick easily, it's probably best not to participate! But visiting the beautiful places would definitely outweigh that. We really liked it!

Tour with Matt was fun from start to end. He even made it easygoing although we were stucked in traffic. Demonstrated very well knowledge of all places he took us too. Excellent driver and made it as smooth as possible with all curves presented on the road.

My driver, Ondrei, was great!! The tour was beautiful and fun!
