The class was great. All of the staff working at the cafe were warm and welcoming. My instructor, Louisa, was really knowledgeable and helpful when answering my questions. I thought the class would only cover how to make egg coffee but they were also kind enough to show me the method for making coffee with condensed milk and how to froth up the coffee to make it foamy. Had a great time and would recommend others to try this activity!

A great time in a wonderful landscape

I had a really nice time in this day trip with Vu as a tour guide. He’s smart, with a lot of sense of humor and good knowledge that shared with us during the day. I will recommend this tour and Vu as a guide. The driver was also excellent and the boat crew very nice.

Fabulous day tour on the bay

Booked the day tour as a couple to explore the beautiful bay just out of Hanoi where they filmed Kong the movie. Admittedly it is an early start but after a 2 hour bus trip we boarded a luxury boat with a top and bottom deck and a great tour guide who entertained us all day and was so supportive and helpful. He is also a great cook and story teller that honestly he made the tour. Once arrived we checked out this incredible cave. Staff made a delicious lunch k us all taking account of dietary preferences. Thereafter we boarded again on the boat for a sail along a jetty where we did some kayaking before boarding and moving on for snap shots and swimming. The water was just divine with temperature and colour. Then a brief cooking class for spring rolls. The tour guide Quan made considerations for us vegetarians. This was followed by a couple of drinks and then the trip back to the port before boarding the luxury bus bound for Hanoi.
