For me, it was the best part of the whole Las Vegas trip. Rich our guide was so knowledgeable and the kids (2 5th grade girls and a sophmore in high school) just loved him One can tell that he's worked with kids. The ride up was beautiful and there were many stops along the way -just so much to see! I liked seeing the ghost town, Rhyolyte. The girls liked playing in the sand at Mesquite Flats Sand dunes. My husband liked seeing the lowest point in North America 282 feet below sea level with the salt plains and Badwater Pool. And the boy liked lunch (of course) at the visitor Center. I liked the way we traded seats so that people in the back had an opportunity to sit near the front to get different views.

A full day with a sort of sampler of Death Valley sites. Rich was an excellent guide with enough science to explain and enough fun facts to entertain. Rich was able to keep close to the schedule without ever seeming rushed but also allow enough time for individuals special curiosities. A really great day. Well worth a visit.

Rich was a fantastic guide, couldn't do enough for you to make sure you had the best day! He was very friendly, knowledgable, enthusiastic and made our day trip a once in a life time experience, thank you so much. The day tour is excellent value for money and the service and overall experience was head and shoulders above Grayline tours (who we went to the Grand Canyon with). Death Valley as a day trip is mind blowing with its scenery, the different lanscapes are breath taking, I couldn't recommend it enough!
