  • Warsaw: Half-Day Private Chopin Tour to Zelazowa Wola

    8. Warsaw: Half-Day Private Chopin Tour to Zelazowa Wola

This sightseeing tour (5-hours) visiting some of the places associated with the famous Polish composer Frederic Chopin covers both Warsaw and Zelazowa Wola. On the way to Zelazowa Wola, you will have an opportunity to enjoy the Mazovian countryside. The price includes transportation and a professional guide. This fascinating tour will take you to interesting places such as the following: - Łazienki Garden: monument to Frederic Chopin - The Royal Route: Belvedere Palace, Warsaw Univesity, The Academy of Fine Arts, Holy Cross Church, Convent of the Holy Visit, and Presidential Palace - Ostrogski Castle: Frederic Chopin Museum - Saxon Garden  - Visit to Żelazowa Wola: the birthplace of Frederic Chopin

Our tour guide and driver for our 4-hour private tour of Chopin in Warsaw was George. He was both informative and resourceful for our entire tour. For example, he knew that the regular outdoor Chopin concerts had all ended for the season (we took our tour with him on Sept. 15), so, he made sure that we got seating for the Sunday afternoon concert by a professional pianist at the birthplace in Zelazowa Wola. We got to hear a 1st-rate, all-Chopin concert played on a piano within the home where Chopin lived with his family before moving to Warsaw. My wife and I sat just outside the window of his home, and it was just as if we were overhearing Chopin himself playing a medley of his greatest masterpieces. Bravo! Thank you, again, George.

All right. The journey is short since Warsaw nl is very large. Without getting off the bus we did both routes. The comments of the audio guide are fine but do not explain much, but in general quite acceptable.

An interesting way and form to explore the capital. I especially recommend it when it is a rainy and cold holiday day and you are in Warsaw.

Very informative and so interesting, really pleased we booked this :)

Interesting tour. High professionalism. Honest. Recommended
