We entered the complex and then went up onto the Palantine Hill, but then the guide took everyone else to the Colosseum. Since I’d already toured it, I went down into the Forum by myself.

A fantastic experience! We were looked after superbly by Guiseppe, who was knowledgeable, friendly and made everyone feel welcome. The group was small enough to get to know our companions (who were lovely,a great international group). The places chosen reflected typical Lazio regional and wider Italian food well. However, the best part was the combination of fascinating historical information about the old city and Trastevere, our favourite part of Rome. A really enjoyable time and a great way to spend an evening getting to know Rome a little better! Grazie mille, Guiseppe!
We had a great time with our tour guide Claudia who was very sympathatic and caretaking. Claudia shared her broad knowledge about the roman history in a very easy going and funny way. We had a great time and can definitely recommend this amazing tour. Thank you Claudia!
