Si parte dal Porto Turistico di Santa Maria di Leuca per raggiungere le grotte più affascinanti intorno alla baia di Santa Maria di Leuca costeggiando Punta Meliso che ospita la Basilica Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, il Faro di Leuca e la Scalinata Monumentale, osserveremo le ville ottocentesche e le cosiddette “bagnarole”, camerini in muratura che garantivano riservatezza alle signore durante i loro bagni in mare. Itinerario versante adriatico Dopo una breve sosta a Grotta Cazzafri, si prosegue alla volta di Grotta Terradico, delle Verduselle, Grotta del Soffio e Grotta della Vora. Per poter ammirare da vicino la bellezza di queste insenature, effettueremo una piccola sosta per una nuotata sotto la falesia e l’ingresso nelle grotte. Itinerario versante ionico La prima grotta che si incontra sul versante di Ponente, a ridosso di Punta Ristola è la Grotta Porcinara, subito seguita dalla Grotta del Diavolo. L’escursione prosegue con la Grotta del Fiume, la Grotta delle Tre Porte, la Caverna dei Giganti, Grotta della Stalla e la maestosa Grotta del Drago. Anche per il versante ionico è prevista una sosta per immergersi nell'acqua cristallina. Questa escursione prevede la visita di un solo versante, a discrezione dello skipper.
