Well worth the money the paid. We started out with the 6 zipline canopy tour, which was excellent. Then moved on to hanging bridges with great views. After that, we had lunch (buffet style) at the resort. After lunch, we went on a 30-45 minute horseback ride. We then changed into our bathing suits & went down the natural waterside. Afterwards, we went on the tractor ride that took us to the foot of the trail to get to the waterfall. The hike only took about 10 minutes. The waterfall was beautiful. We were able to see monkeys eating and swinging above the waterfall. Then we hiked back to the beginning of the hill where we were met by the tractor for another short ride to the spa. We spent 5 minutes in the sauna, then to the volcanic mud bath, then to the natural hot springs. It was a nice way to end the trip...relaxed. Lester was our tour guide. He was knowledgeable and professional. Be prepared for a 2 hour drive to the place from Tamarindo.
It was very relaxing and the hosts were easy to communicate with and informative. Overall, it was a wonderful time. Ask for Kevin as a tour guide on the hike-he was the best photographer and really helped capture how awesome the experience was.
Amazing experience- Ivan was such a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide! Only thing to note is that it will not get back on time. We read reviews and expected this, so we didn’t plan anything afterwards- it ended up being 11 hours.
Juan was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
