Upon arrival, no driver was waiting for us with a sign in his hand. Directly at the exit there are information boards with many names on them. When you have discovered your name, you go to the coordinator and they will take care of the car. The waiting time was very short, almost a quarter of an hour. A very friendly, English-speaking driver awaited us with a very well-kept car.

Nothing negative can be written about the transfer takeover to our destination itself. The driver was friendly and helpful. Negative > I had corrected our pick-up from the hotel to the airport 3 days in advance by 1/2 hour. Rather, it was corrected by email directly to the local provider, but (supposedly) it didn't arrive. Haven't received any error mail regarding this. We were then picked up by a phone call (3x) from my side, the whole thing then took about 25 minutes... 5 minutes earlier. Conclusion; Next time we'll take a taxi, which would have been cheaper. We paid €21, which would easily have been half if not cheaper and would have cost less nerves.

Our guide was very nice, and he waited for us for hours. The Customs line in Lisbon was over three hours and he waited. We did have to pay again, but it was not their fault so we appreciated him waiting. The only issue I found was communication but that is just data/ WIFI issues in a foreign country and me not enabling data on my phone soon enough. Once we were calling each other, all was good.
