Great service! Driver was waiting for us on the meeting point at the airport - there is the table with names in the hall for arrivals. He was very kind and helped us with bags. Recommend to all to schedule this service in advance and do not worry about transportation to hotel.

Perfect transfer! Reliable service, friendly driver (very professional and informative). There was a little confusion with the expectation of a driver holding a sign with our name. Instead our name was on stand with other names. To clarify, there is an area with several metal stands with names. It's a set up for the company's to match the traveler with the driver when they are expecting several private transfers that day. All in all, still great service, no long wait.

I had no problems with this service whatsoever, the only problem was that it was difficult to communicate immediately with the actual service provider via the app and so when our flight was delayed we were unable to cancel. given the unreliability of flights internationally right now, it's probably best just to get a taxi or Uber instead of pre-booking an airport transfer. that said if the service provider can indicate how to get in touch in case of a change in flight times that would be great. I'm not sure if we were charged or not, but they would be entitled to charge us since we booked this and did not cancel with enough time.
