We found the stop easily & it was good except you weren’t allowed to get off, surely this was the point off a ‘Hop on/ off tour’? This was annoying as specific booked it for that reason & has to then get a yellow tram to the places we wanted to get off at, which was annoying ! It was good that we could als use our ticket for the yellow trams & local bus.

Very good tour but the advertised time of the tour did not turn up. One tram did turn up but the driver parked it up and left with no explanation and we had to wait for 1 hour and 20 minutes (we arrived 20 minutes before the advertised time). The que was getting very annoyed at this and when another tram turned up the driver did try and sort the que out but people were not happy about the wait. Eventually the first driver came back and we departed an hour later than advertised. Not very good when we were only on a short visit to Lisbon.

This was a lovely experience. The driver was helpful in pointing out the sites referred to and drove really well, despite challenging conditions! The commentary was interesting, but didn't leave me inspired, however that may just have been my mood. The recorded tour is available in many languages, but this did mean there was no opportunity to ask questions. Overall, a solid 4. :-)
