Enjoyed this trip and don't worry it's not as steep or as scary as it sounds. The views were brilliant - we could see all the way to the mountains in Snowdonia, Wales, and it was fascinating to hear the legends of the two birds. Our only tiny complaint was that it sometimes felt a bit awkward waiting for the lifts - a bit too quiet? We thought perhaps some typical Liverpudlian music, Beatles maybe, in the background might just serve to break the ice, particularly on the way up. The video was totally amazing and really moving. Thank you to our guide, she really knew her stuff - sorry can't remember her name.

Our tour guide Charlie was very passionate about what he does which you could not fail to see that he loves his job!!!…..very knowledgeable about the building and local history and there was not a question he couldn’t answer concisely….absolutely breathtaking views from the top of the building and there wasn’t anything that wasn’t pointed out to us in advance that we needed to be aware of…VERY WELL DONE TO ALL INVOLVED

Andy gave amazing introductions and the view on the 14th and 15th level is really great. However remember bringing yourself a jacket it’s quite windy on the top☺️

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. I have done it before but still learnt a lot more this time. The film show about Liverpool was excellent.

The light show in the clock tower a particular highlight for me, well worth a visit!
