    Know before you go

    • Upon disembarking your ship, take one of the Livorno Porto2000 shuttle bus services from your cruise ship to Via Cogorano in Livorno city center. It's an approximate 15-minute journey. The shuttle may be free or cost €5 (round-trip ticket), depending on the arrival time of your ship. Tickets must be purchased from PortoLivorno2000 at the port shuttle bus stop. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled bus departure time
    •  Access to the tower is forbidden for children under 8
    • Departure times are subject to change due to cruise ship arrivals
    • You must wear an FFP2 type mask. No refund will be granted in the case of faulty

    Well organised in Livorno but not in Pisa don't be disabled.

    We were somewhat worried about this trip as we had always trips organised by the cruise ship. We were pleasantly reassured at the meeting point by the female agent who was excellent, we were surprised to find we were traveling by double decker especially as my wife and I have walking difficulties but we found seats downstairs. However, no designated disabled seats. The trip to Pisa considering the dreadful weather, heavy rain, was uneventful and safe. We were a little confused by the map supplied and walked an extra 500metres in heavy rain also there is a reasonable walk from the bus park, which it would be useful to know before we booked. The return was not so good we were given conflicting times to leave, printed on the leaflet it was 1pm but this was contradicted by the agent who said 1.15pm. The knock on effect was that most people arrived back at 1pm we were back by 1.10pm to find the only available seats were upstairs. There was no attempt to help us climb the stairs!

    Pisa was stunning

    We booked this trip before we arrived from a cruise on the Norwegian Epic. The cost was excellent compared to other companies and it was easy to locate the coach which took us to Pisa. There was also helpful members of staff available at the square to direct you to your designated coach. Highly recommend.

    Conveninet way to get to Pisa

    Good orice and easy to locate pick up and drop off. Scheduling off by 5 or 10 mins... They left 10 mins late and returned 5 mins early. Also the buses may not be the newest. On the way to Pisa we got a bus where 1/2 of one side had clouded up windows and so missed the view. Still for the.price, can't complain.
