    Coach late picking up, rep v good and great at languages and helpful but having various languages giving the same information grated a bit, not the reps fault obviously due to mix of nationalities on the trip. Could not praise the rep enough for her efficiency etc. Stadium a bit of a let down in that the shop had no boys or mens home shirts and was a massive disappointment as the whole reason for the holiday was to buy the home kit from Barca shop. Also the staff in the shop and photo outlets were not very helpful at all, seemed disinterested and if the shop had not got what was required said you couldnt get it anywhere else online or in any other shops. This was totally false as later found out got the shirt direct from Nike Outlet, Basically giving the impression you will probably buy something else. We did, the away kit. Hence no loss of a sale. Impersonal although 1 or 2 seemed genuine. Have no problem with yourselves and will use again.
