Je leert veel bij over het maken van olijfolie. Proces is complexer dan gedacht. De eigenaar is super. Geeft goed uitleg , maar zijn Engels is nog niet goed. Hij excuseerde zich hiervoor en heeft een professionele film gemaakt in het Engels. Zodat je alles goed kan begrijpen. Daarna toffe proeverij van 3 olijfolies. Aanrader. Als afsluiter klein flesje biologische olijfolie meegekregen..
