My Wife and I really enjoyed the cruise. The crew were very nice, the seats were very comfortable, we dud not get off during the cruise, due to my Wife having a sore back. So we went up and down the Thames, will do it again in the near future. Thanks to everyone. Mike. Walker

Once on board, it was really nice. But for people not used to traveling, finding the right counter on the platforms, not so easy especially since very few professionals speak a language other than English! No matter where you go, it's the same! Too bad, we would have benefited more with some explanations!

Simply booked - simply made - simply ingenious

Trouble-free online booking, easy handling, but the online ticket had to be exchanged for a paper ticket, enough hop-on hop-off points, good timing, fast connection, slow enough to enjoy watching, great perspectives on London , We really liked the offer. Above all, the timing and the exit options at all important points. Comfortable seats, good visibility, nice staff. If the online ticket were still sufficient, it would be even better. We can fully recommend it.
