An excellent end to our long weekend holiday in Central London. The staff were amazing! The passion was obvious which made the experience even more special. The vault tour guide was very informative and was extremely nice. Definitely worth a visit. Oh and last but certainly not the least, the meals were heavenly and the portions were generous! Coming back for the ribs!

We arived and there was 2 couples ahead of us. Both were told it would be more than an hour before a table would be ready. We gave them our ticket and we're seated in within 5 min. Yes, the menu is limited but it had burgers, drinks (soda), and even a dessert!! The waiter as amazing and of course the food was delicious! Worth the booking ahead and I will never visit a Hard Rock with out doing this first!!

cut a fourty five minute wait down to five minutes. staff absolutely wonderful and food was lovely. they just need to make it a paperless venue for tickets and be able to scan tickets, rather than emailing them your tickets for them to print off. my husband and i travel a lot and have been to many hardrock cafes around the world and this being the first one and the first one that doest do ticketless, just gobsmackingly shocked, come on Britain.
