Touring the castle is a great experience. I don’t think you will be disappointed. However, I was very disappointed with the confusion of when to show up for tour. Was told to arrive by 11:15. We are there and was told to be back at 1:00. Loaded the bus at 1:30. Left for Windsor at 1:45 to arrive at 3:00. Was told to be back to bus at 5:30. Then we find out they were dropping us further out than where we began from. Involved changing train 3 times and taxi on top of that. Maybe this company should look at the web site and make a few changes. I am not the only one this happened to today. I will say our driver was ever so nice and informative.

We had signed up for a tour at 11:45. We did a "dry run" to find where the bus departed and discovered that there was no 11:45 departure as advertised, but it was at 1:45. Apparently the times change depending on the season - something the website failed to indicate.
