What people are saying about Louvre Museum
The museum is really large and demanding to visit with long queues both at the entrance (even if you have a reservation) and to see some works such as the "Gioconda". The services are good and the heritage of works is remarkable. The trip on the Seine is very suggestive and usable at any time of the day. We did it at dusk to see the monuments both in natural light and illuminated after dark.
This was really worth doing, the guide Laura was really helpful and full of helpful information. Loved all three places to visit, definitely do the cruise in the day time as you can’t see much in the evening. I had breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor of the tower which was nice. The Louvre was huge and quite busy. Need lots of time.
Skipped the large queues outside the museum, lots of different exhibits to see and well signposted. Boat trip was equally as good, good views of the city and comfortable too.
The wonderful museum, although several visits are needed to fully enjoy it. We didn't have time to go on the cruise.
everything wonderful, super tidy, excellent organization...
