Our guide, Axel Schattschneider, has really well-founded and comprehensive knowledge of the history, culture, architecture and social development of the city of Lübeck over the course of history. He imparts this knowledge in an understandable, vivid and entertaining way. He was a pleasure to listen to and there was never a dull moment throughout the tour. We learned a lot on this tour and got impressions of Lübeck that we would never have experienced otherwise. Axel was just great.

We bought several tickets for a large group and an organizational problem arose. However, the employees and operators were extremely helpful and very courteous and did everything to ensure that we had a great city tour. Really a very uncomplicated and very quick settlement of the situation. Definitely recommended!
