After meeting your guide at the Tourist Information Center in the city center of Lucca, discover the city and its main sights and monuments. With your professional licensed guide, explore the downtown area for 2 hours.   Among other sites, visit the Church of San Michele, an incredibly detailed Roman Catholic basilica that was built as early as 795. Admire its 4 meter-tall statue of the Archangel Michael, the church’s patron saint. Enter the church free of charge and view its simpler, but still imposing interior architecture. You’ll also take a stroll on the city’s 16th century walls, a lovely place to walk among the greenery of the edge of the old town.     The tour ends at Lucca Cathedral, a splendid Roman Catholic church with a beautiful façade. The concert was wonderful. The two singers had fabulous voices. We were totally involved. I wish they had something/subtitles that would say what they were singing and from what opera. How to get the vouchers was not as easy as I'd like. Not knowing where and how to get the tickets meant we walked around not knowing how long we had to pick up the tickets. Would it be that hard to provide specific place and times to pick them up?

Wonderful villas and interiors. Fantastic park area. It wasn't crowded at all and we looked at everything in peace. We liked it better than the Uffizi Gallery and Gardens in Florence because it wasn't so crowded and you could see everything in peace. We spent 4 nice hours there.
