Discover the impressive glacier around Mount Titlis. Engelberg is easy to reach by train from Lucerne: take the 8-seater gondola lift comfortably from the Titlis Valley Station in Engelberg up to 2450 m above sea level and then reach the summit station at 3020 m above sea level with a rotating gondola. Enjoy different activities that are lots of fun in a stunning atmosphere. For example, brave the Titlis Cliff Walk with the spectacular suspension bridge high above the summit. Explore the frosty heart of Mount Titlis in the glacier cave. On the way back to the valley discover Trübsee Station at 1800 meters altitude and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Swiss mountains. Take a boat on the Trübsee, before before you rejuvenate in one of the local pubs.

This is an unguided tour. Start at the Titlis Valley Station gondola and exchange your voucher for a ticket here
The cable car is open daily from 8:30 to 17:00. The last ride up leaves at 16:00 from Engelberg
Plan at least three hours for the excursion and don't forget to wear warm clothing and closed footwear

Mount Titlis is very beautiful but we were not able to enjoy it due to the weather. It was foggy throughout except for a few minutes when it cleared but this is not something within our control. We couldn’t do the cliff walk or the tube rides too due to the weather and maintenance work.

The climb is very beautiful! We took the magnificent revolving, snow and sunny day. We walked in the snow, crossed the suspension bridge and took the “paid” ribbon for 12 CHF which is worth it! We joked we saw the Alps stepping on it!!! Very handsome!!! We arrived at 9:30 and went down at 14:00

The experience over the mt titlis was great. Our journey started at Zurich station and we reached Engelberg station. From there you need to take a bus to the mt titlis base office which is 5min from there and bus was free of cost. You need to exchange the voucher and will receive a barcode card which needs to be kept safe till the end. This voucher doesn't include the ice flyer which is at top of mt titlis.
