Vincent was a wonderful tour guide! He answered all our questions. The walking between stops was perfect! After the tour we felt like we knew what to look for in choosing a restaurant for dinner. I am now a Bouchons Lyonnaise food snob! In addition, prior to selecting this tour I was thinking about selecting the secrete passageway tour and we used them to get to restaurants. It was like we had two tours in one!

Well worth the time and cost. We learned so much from Michael, our guide. We definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn about Lyon and it’s history. Did you know that the first film in the world was made in Lyon in the 1900’s…..a snowball fight. Our guide showed it to us as we stopped to learn about the oldest Italian building in the old ville of Lyon!

Starting in a next to a bridge dock, the boat was nice and clean along with the crew who was in it that day were friendly and very knowledgeable, they explained during the route all along about every landmark on one side and while heading on the way back the other side as well. They made tourists felt like they learned something about the city beside the lovely sight.

Michael was ver friendly. His knowledge about Lyon and its history was extensive. My husband and I were only for 24 hours in Lyon. We learned so much and were shown so many places we could have never found and done by ourselves.

Very informative and it was a beautiful day out so it was nice to be cruising on the river.
