Then leave for Ávila, visiting the Ávila's historic center and discover the legacy of this city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Be amazed by its fascinating history! The route will continue along a stretch of the famous Walls of Ávila. How has it been preserved to the present day? The answer will be revealed these questions on the thick wall that surrounds the city's entire historic center as you head toward the Cathedral and other monuments.

Then make a stop to have lunch in a local restaurant in the old town, where you will enjoy a typical “Iberian Traditional Meal”.

The trip was well planned and the tours were informative and worthwhile. The only reason I gave this a 4* rating is the lunch was not very good. Nacho was an excellent guide and our bus driver Sous did a good job driving so many miles. We learned a lot about Spanish history.

This was fantastic... didn’t feel rushed. We had an hour or so rest between cities as we travelled. Our guide Paola was bee knowledgeable and lovely. Our driver Enrique was professional, drove safely and didn’t spend any time on his phone or texting. The glass of Cava on return to toast the day was a lovely end.
