There was an issue with the first driver and he didn’t show. When we called the gentleman on the phone dispatched another driver to pick us up. The other driver was texting letting know he was having issues with the car. The replacement driver was apologetic and friendly and pointed out many sites on the ride. He also suggested we visit the largest park in Madrid (which we did and it was worth it just as he said). They turned what could have been a terrible experience into a great experience.

Der Fahrer hat uns wie vereinbart erwartet, war sehr pünktlich, freundlich, höflich und hat sich sehr gut um das Gepäck gekümmert! Er fuhr sehr umsichtig und bewies seine Ortskenntnis, da er bei hohem Verkehrsaufkommen einige Schleichwege fuhr und uns deshalb schneller als erwartet zum Ziel brachte!! Jederzeit gerne wieder !!!

O preço cobrado por esta empresa esta muito acima da média que pagamos para 4 pessoas com malas no retorno para o aeroporto ( Pagamos no retorno, $ 45,00 Euros no mesmo trecho e carro muito similar ). O motorista muito enfezado, nada simpático. Entrou mudo no automóvel e saiu calado.
