Doing a tapas tour is really fun to get to know the city. You’ll visit the less touristic places with some of the best tapas. In the meanwhile you’ll learn more about the city. We were just with the two of us and the tour guide, which was fun, but the previous time when we did this in Barcelona we were with a big group and ended up going drinking with everyone. Highly recommend to do this!

Very little talkative guide if you don't generate discussion. First station for hams a little disappointing because the chosen place is part of a chain established on every street corner of Madrid. Would have liked it to be a little more exclusive and typical place. For the 2nd and 3rd station, very good choices. Places visited by locals.

Good way to start your trip

We did this Tapas tour on our first night in Madrid. The tour allowed us not only to get a feel for the city, but also understand the history and cultural origins of the city and its food. Carmen was an excellent guide. She was very knowledgeable about the city, and made us feel like a local by picking places that were delicious and frequented by locals. She was very funny too. If you're in Madrid, you definitely SHOULD take this tour!!
