At dusk, when the sun sets over Madrid, shadows from the past stretch out like ancient ghosts to veil the city in the black of night, with only lanterns leading the way. During this walk through alleys and squares, you will explore hidden corners and hear facts and ghost stories, superstitions and old beliefs, as well as stories of hatred and persecution. This tour presents the dark side of the city and the folklore of the Los Madriles, told by an elegant narrator who will share with you the most intimate and atrocious aspects of the Spanish Inquisition.

We had Daniel as our guide and he was very good and funny too. We had our son (10) and he thoroughly enjoyed the walking tour as much as we did. Daniel interacted with each one of us in the group which made it more then just a group walking together. would recommend the tour as we learnt more of the history of Madrid to. well done daniel

Very funny tour trough the old centre of Madrid, we saw many nice historical buildings, plazas and restaurants during the tour. Our charming guide Domenica, made the tour very special with her dramatic and convincing performance and story-telling. A true actor! I certainly recommend this tour if you want to experience something else. PS: If I was the tour operator, I would include a short stop (during or after the tour) at a funny bar to have one beer/wine.

She was the perfect guide. I loved the passion behind her profession. She was mesmerising and too cute to describe the ghost stories of Madrid. Her attire, walking style with the lantern in hand everything was good. 1-2 times I got goosebumps walking behind her, so I shifted myself to walk besides her😊
