We received an email the evening before and a WhatsApp in the morning when we would be picked up. The tour guide Mcpall was really great. Lots of information in very good English. The tour is scheduled to last 10 hours... of which 6 hours was driving. Back it was a disaster. Lunch really isn't anything special in a big restaurant, it's chicken and rice. Nothing great... other than that there is plenty of free time to see everything... a bit too much for us. Otherwise everything was well organized and carried out very well by Pall.

Mc was very knowledgeable about the history as well as the historical sights in malakka. The beginning of the tour he greeted us with respect and humility. Explained all the sights with depth clarity and was more than accommodating to guests needs including places to go eat and break so we don’t get tired. Both him and the driver were an excellent team. Good job and keep up the hard work.

Our guide was MC and he did an amazing job. He walked us through the history of the places, of Malacca and Malaysia in an interesting way. he was very friendly and he answered all our questions. The overall trip is interesting and worth doing if you have a free day, but be aware there is a lot of time spent on the bus.
