A bit chaotic departure, first the bus was late, then there were problems because my name was sent incorrectly, so that our booking did not match the tour guide's documents and he did not want to take us with him at first. During the trip we received information, not in Spanish and English as booked, but also in French, German and a language that I couldn't define. It all sounded just memorized, far too much, too loud and without a break. In the city center we were simply left with the information that we now have free time to shop or eat, with no indication of sights or interesting places in the city center. The guided tour of the Alhambra and the gardens in the afternoon, on the other hand, was excellent. You could tell that the guide who took us here lived for his work, great praise, unfortunately I didn't remember the name.

They sent us to go to a further point to pick us up, stopping the bus later near our accommodation... The guide who was on the bus seemed unfriendly and had an inappropriate attitude towards the public, apart from the fact that sometimes he skipped explanations in our idiom. Despite taking 2 hours to get to Granada, they left us 3 hours free for the part of the cathedral (I would have liked to visit another area of Granada and not exactly that one) and the best thing was the visit to the Alhambra (although it was at 2:00 p.m. in August... Very hot), we congratulate our guide who explained the entire phenomenal route to us and was very kind, for her I scored well. It is worth the visit but that first part could be improved.
