Explore little-known places in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Serra de Tramuntana on this tour with a local guide and local lunch. Enjoy the option for transportation or take your own car and listen to commentary through a system of portable radios.

Start with pickup directly from your hotel or start inside your own car if choosing the self-drive tour options. Buckle up and prepare for an action-packed day with several stops to discover the food, culture, and natural beauty of Mallorca.

First, visit the hermitage in Valldemossa and sample a delicious local pastry. If driving your own car, the radios are easy to use and allow all the vehicles to interact with each other.

Continue to Miramar Monastery to admire its Byzantine gardens, then try salt cookies with cheese. Next, visit a family-run olive oil mill in Sóller to learn about the production of olive oil.

The tour finishes in Sóller with a traditional lunch of bread with tomatoes, olive oil, jam, cheese, and olives. Wine, water, orange juice, and a dessert of almond cake are included.

I can only recommend the trip. We were able to ride in the car and thus optimally enjoy the beautiful landscape. Our tour guide took great care of us. I particularly liked how she introduced us to the way of life and the way of the local people. Very very impressive and informative.

Very lovingly and enthusiastically guided tour... great connection via the radio in your own car... and you don't just sit in the car, but also go on small hikes and visits, especially the oil mill, everything is very private and super nice. You would certainly never do it alone and not be offered it. Thank you very much dear Birgit, you are great and bring the life and thinking of the islanders very close. Again and again.

The booked excursion was great. A must for tourists who are interested in the culture of the island and want to get to know something about the country and its people. This excursion was one of our highlights of our vacation. Birgit as our guide is a treasure of gold - she speaks German fluently and shows her homeland with such enthusiasm that time flies by.
