The rubber museum was interesting and gave good insight in the history,. We had to try 3 Indian tribes before we they let us in. They were interested only in selling their stuff than sharing their culture, very disappointing.

While I have only good things to say about my guide for this trip (very knowledgeable and enthusiastic person), I really thought the tour was not at all worth the money I spent on it. First of all the communication was not good. I had to get in touch with the tour company to confirm the pick up, while in my opinion it should have been them. Secondly the tribe that we visited was not the one that was mentioned in the description. When I asked why, they told me that since I had a flight that afternoon that is why they took me to a tribe near to Manaus and not the tribe originally mentioned in the description on the tour page. The company in general seemed very disinterested and their handling of the operation seemed extremely lacklusture. Overall a very disappointing experience.
