The bus transfer itself was great. It arrived at the pickup point right on schedule and got us to the airport in the expected amount of time. The only issue we had was finding the pickup point at the Venice Mestre station. The location marked on the map in the app was not where the pickup point is actually located. Only by reading the vague description of the pickup point did we figure out that we were waiting in the wrong place. This caused us to miss two buses and to miss our scheduled shuttle to the hotel.

After a long flight it was convenient to get a bus ride pre scheduled with get your guide. The bus was right there on the right from the airport, comfortable ride only 20 minutes to Mestre. Great idea to schedule a bus ride ahead of time after a long flight

The bus service is very fast and nice. It was very easy to find the bus stop in the airport, and we could get down at the bus stop nearest to our hotel. But during the return journey, at Mestre Train Station, it took a while to locate the right bus stop. To reach the bus stop, we had to enter the train station and take a left at platform 1.
