We went on a full day tour of Muir Woods, Napa Valley, and Sonoma with our excellent tour guide Paul, who made the trip unforgettable! The views were stunning, the wine was tasty, and Paul was incredibly informed about the entire area including the local plant life, history, and wine growing/making. Two of our group got engaged at Muir Woods and Paul went out of his way to make it a special occasion even purchasing sparkling wine and glasses to drink and take home. We would 10/10 recommend Paul and this tour!

    5. From San Francisco: Full-Day Sonoma Valley Wine Tour

Join a small group tour to Sonoma Valley, home of famous California wines and artisanal chesses. Your full-day tour starts with pick-up at your hotel in San Francisco and then heads north with a stop at the Golden Gate Bridge, where you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Bay and the Marin Headlands. Your journey through the rolling hills of Sonoma includes a stop at 3 wineries, where you can enjoy tasting several different types of wine. Learn about the area and its wines from your knowledgeable guide and impress your friends with your new-found love of Sonoma Valley wines. Your tour will include free time in charming Sonoma Square so you can get lunch on your own.

Our trip was great, our guide Adam is what made it so special. There were 3 wineries chosen, and 2 were exceptional. Peter Cellars was a disappointment and cannot understand why it was part of the boutique wine tour. Just a suggestion for the future - By putting onions and tomatoes on the sandwiches, the taste of the onion was overpowering and the sandwiches a bit soggy after being in the cooler for several hours prior to lunchtime.

Best part of the tour was our guide Paul. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and funny. Highly recommended if you want to visit small family owned type wineries. There's water available in the van, but you may want to bring some snacks with you.

Our small group tour to Sonoma was amazing. Epaul our driver was so knowledgeable and very funny. We had such a memorable time. The vineyards that he took us to were unique and special with very delicious wines.

A beautiful way to spend the day and see both Napa and Sonoma.
