It should be noted that I believe whether or not you get on the 6am flight is a first-come-first-serve basis. I booked late so got the 8:30 flight, which was after sunrise. No difference to the actual experience though - the flight was great, the pilot was friendly and had some interesting information for while we were up there. Great views and a lovely, comfortable ride. The advert page should really make it clear that a 6am, flight is not guaranteed, though.
We booked this an unfortunately got unlucky with the weather on the day we were supposed to fly, however the organisers were fantastic and rebooked us on another day after they knew the weather circumstances! The flight itself was exceptional with fantastic views of the sunrise and scenery. The ground crew and pilot Raphael were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Although it may seem a little expensive, it is totally worth it!!!
Fantastic experience. I have some mobility issues, often using my wheelchair and all the staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating, they went over and above for the whole time I was with them. I cannot praise them more, the day was well planned and timed, the staff were friendly and always at hand, our pilot was friendly and funny. Great company for great service! Highly recommend them.
On time collection from hotel , members of the company who I spoke to made me very welcome with coffee and information. Once 8n the balloon Raffal kept us all update about height and information and a few jokes along the way.This was my first balloon ride well recommended
We had an amazing hot air balloon experience but did not receive the camel ride despite selecting the option. The hot air ballon was phenomenal. Too bad about the omitted camel ride, we were looking forward to it.
