The pick up and journey to the airport went smoothly. However, after I was dropped off at the airport, the driver ran back after me to ask for 'top up' to what I already paid. He said that was the standard. I told him that wasn't my experience when I was picked up on arrival. He looked angry. There was nothing I could do, so I walked off. Not sure what that was about, but people should be made aware of this.

The driver was super kind and smily. Our flight was late and we met him almost 1h after the agreed, and he was there waiting for us smiling and welcoming us! The van couldn't get into the riad as Medina streets are narrow, so he needed to drop us off in a different place, but got a local to bring us to our riad. Highly recommend them.

It worked out great! We were picked up directly at the airport, although the flight was very late, Hamid our driver was waiting for. In a very good mood and helpful, he drove us almost to the hotel. For the last few meters he had organized the hotel manager to pick us up. Great! In any case again!
