This is where you will meet your guide for the day before being kitted out with all the necessary equipment you’ll need for your experience. You will then head onto the beach where the real fun begins. If you’re a beginner, your guide will begin by explaining to you the safety aspects, and helping you understand the wind. They will also teach you directly on the beach how to fly your kite. The next step is to go into the water to control your kite while your body drags through the water.   2. Marrakech: Ouzoud Waterfalls Day Trip & Optional Boat Ride

  Escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakech for a full-day tour to the dramatic Ouzoud Falls, located near the Grand Atlas village of Tanaghmeilt in the province of Azilal. Following a pick-up from your hotel or riad, transfer to the Ouzoud Falls by air-conditioned minibus. Along the way, marvel at the traditional towns and typical Berber villages of the Grand Atlas, and pass through the shade of ancient olive trees as you approach the waterfalls. Upon arrival at Ouzoud, after an approximate 3-hour drive, enjoy about 4 hours at the cascades to soak up nature. Look out for the resident monkeys, and take a swim in the crystal clear waters.   It was so fun an exciting! The guides were so kind and happy to help. The quad experience was incredible! I had so much fun. It was me and my sister and the pick up was on time and comfortable, even though there wasn’t air conditioning in the beginning, thankfully it was very hot so bearable. The guides at the desert were kind, entertaining and very pleasant. Our guide took the best pictures and I have so many lovely memories. Thank you for the highlight of my trip

  4. Marrakech Desert & Palm Grove Quad Bike Tour

  Along the way, discover traditional Berber villages, see houses typical of the region, and meet some of the locals to discover their way of life, practically unchanged for more than 200 years. Halfway through your tour, stop for a cup of Moroccan tea and a snack with a local family. With your guide as translator, you can take the opportunity to talk to them about their customs and experiences as you share a moment together. Enjoy the silence and serenity of the Sahara before hopping back on your quad bike and continuing your rugged desert ride. Conclude your tour back at the base camp. Sit back and relax on the drive back to your hotel in Marrakech.

  Got picked up before time stated by the guide but this was not withing get your guide range. The driver was not the most pleasant, he interrupted twice when I was talking to my partner and i'd rather have him not listen in on my conversation. He had a very creepy aura about him and this made me stay quiet with my partner until I got to our destination. But that was the end of any downsides. From then onwards the guides were great and the experience as great. Met some great people and we had a brilliant time. I wished there was an option for 2 people sharing 1 quad as that is what I ended up doing but paid for two quads. Thanks to all the tour guides for their hospitality and to the man taking us there safely (although it was not the best experience).

  5. Marrakesh: Full-Day Desert and Mountain Tour with Camel Ride

  The adventure begins with pickup between 8:30 and 9am from your hotel in Marrakesh. Head south towards the vast Agafay Desert, admiring the changing landscape along the way as the city gives way to luscious greenery. Arrive at the large village of Imlil located at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains, then pass through the incredible Kik Plateau. Next, embark on a 30-minute camel ride and soak up views of the surrounding landscapes. After your ride, enjoy a relaxing tea break and learn about local Berber culture, as well as their traditions, history, and way of life. Pass through several Berber villages on your way to the Amizmiz Valley, then arrive at Tinirt Village where you can have lunch at a traditional Berber house.   Fantastic experience! Perfect one day trip outside of Marrakech, getting to see an Argan Oil Cooperative (Not mentioned in the description—so glad we got to do it!), the Atlas Mountains, a waterfall, the desert…the camel ride was a little bit of a letdown (they took you in a circle around the ranch area, with all the camels tied together, and a guide leading it, but the guide didn’t talk at all or give interesting data about the camels; we just walked, very slowly, in silence in a big circle) but still cool to see the camels and ride. Abdul was a fantastic driver/guide for the day. Fun, funny, knowledgeable, and kind. Ibrahim was also a good guide for the hiking portion. The vehicle was also nice and comfortable. Bottled water was said to be included, but was only received at lunch; it would have been nice to have in the car and/or for the hike. We would totally choose this tour again!!

  6. Marrakech: Half-Day Desert Quad & Dromedary Tour

  After being picked up at your hotel, you will be driven to an otherworldly arid landscape where your adventure will begin. Your guide will provide you with all the necessary instruction and equipment, including nomadic dress, for your dromedary tour. Upon your dromedary, see what life is like outside the bustle of Marrakech. Visit a Berber village and enjoy a tea break in the desert. Experience the hospitality and authenticity of Morrocans. Then dismount, put on your helmet and gloves and speed through the desert on top of your quad bike. Race among the palms underneath the vast blue sky and discover an open and thrilling world that awaits just outside the big city.

  The quad ride was fantastic, the guide looked after everyone and made it easy for everyone to have fun. The stop in the berber village included a tasty mint tea and a nice pastry as a snack. Just regarding the camel, they couldve treated the animals a little better, as one was in visable pain when we got on & off. During the ride it was fine just at these moments it made us feel a little uncomfortable. With a little more loving treatment it wouldve been 5 stars easy!! Thanks for the tour guys!

  7. Marrakech: Classic Ballooning Flight

  Just one hour away from the legendary Jemaa El Fna Square, your hot-air balloon will fly over the beautiful countryside, letting you see the amazing contrast between Morocco’s urban and rural areas. After an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Marrakech, you will drive 45 minute out of the city to the balloon launch site. Here you will receive a full pre-flight safety briefing , and have a chance to watch the launch team prepare the balloon for departure.   The trip to Ourika was fun. Both the guide, Mohammed and the driver Omar were excellent in their roles. The hike to the falls was nice and can be done easily, Mohammed was extremely helpful even with passersby, making sure that no one gets hurt navigating the rocky parts of the hike. The view of the valley from the hilltops is just beautiful.

  9. Marrakech: Ouzoud Waterfalls Full-Day Trip with Boat Ride

  This full-day trip to the Ouzoud waterfalls begins with a pick-up at your hotel or riad at 08:00. You’ll soon be on the way to one of the most spectacular cascades in North Africa, located 150 kilometers north of Marrakech. Set off in a small group early in the morning and head north from Marrakech on a drive that passes fields of olive trees en route to the Cascades d’Ouzoud. From here, you’ll continue to the village of Ouzoud. When you arrive, you’ll meet a local guide who will take you around.   10. From Marrakech: Essaouira Full-Day Trip

  Leave Marrakech at 08:00, ready for a 3-hour journey to the beautiful Essaouira on the Atlantic Coast. Once you arrive at the port city, formerly known as Mogador, you will have time to enjoy the charming sights of Essaouira, including its ocher-colored walls, the beautiful Moulay El Hassan square, and the souks, as well as the little streets of the city's old Medina. Enjoy a lunch of fresh fish in a local restaurant. During your trip, visit an association of Berber women producing argan oil, see the local markets, and marvel at the gems in the jeweler's quarter.  You will return to Marrakech at the end of the afternoon, arriving back to the "Red City" at around 19:00.

  The experience was good! Everything was as described, the transportation was clean and the guide was charismatic! However the fact that there was only one guide that had to translate the same thing into 3 different languages (English, Spanish, French as not everyone spoke English) was a bit of a time waster. Essaouira is very nice and definitely worth the visit!
