- Get your City Pass at the Metropolitan Tourist and Convention Office of Marseille from Monday to Sunday between 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, just bring your reservation confirmation and your ID
- The Metropolitan Tourist and Convention Office of Marseille is located at 11 La Canebière
- The Welcome Point is located at Saint Charles Train Station
