What people are saying about Megalochori

Started on time and at the specified location. Very clear instructions. Transportation was clean and comfortable. The guide was fantastic - knowledgeable, resourceful, kind, genuine, patient, and very personable. He seemed to really know the island, the history, and the wines. He provided a unique local experience. Wineries were also great. Very private and catered experience for the tour group. We enjoyed some wineries more than others but overall we tried a wide selection of wine and were provided a decent amount of food to snack on. We especially liked the white wines from Santos. Highly recommend this experience.

I am a wine snob, so was a little wary of this sort of thing. But it was excellent- totally loved it and had a lovely time. If you are 'red wine only' sort, then Santorini wines are probably not your jam. But otherwise, I would not hesitate to recommend this tour.

This was a great way to see the island! Even if you’re not a huge fan of white wine, which is the main type on Santorini, you’ll learn so much and maybe walk away with a newfound love of white and orange wines!

Great trip, the highlight was the guided tour of the excavations at Akrotiri. Our guide was well informed and entertaining - which made the tour extremely enjoyable

Wonderful experience, Yiannis was an excellent host and we would highly recommend him.
