Great tour. Very knowledgable guide and we arrived very early so it was still pretty quiet and not too hot yet. I really enjoyed it. Great and easy way to explore the ruins and learn something. Comfortable bus. Well organized. I didn’t enjoy the mezcal tasting that much though. It’s just a very touristy setup and you’re supposed to buy things from the store afterwards. I could have missed that part. The other point to note: as a solo female traveler it’s not ideal to have to wait at 6am in the morning in the dark on your own in a city like CDMX for the bus to pick you up.

Good trip, good value. the bus was big, modern, reclining seats, leg space and had bathrooms in the back. On the way there there is a quick (20 min) stop at a gas station for bathrooms and food/coffee. For the tour, we broke up into two groups by language (English and speaking). First stop was to a museum to check out murals and get a quick history lesson. Then you head over to the Pyramids for a quick tour. You have about 45 min of free time. You get back on the bus to go to a tourist trap to see a few handcrafts and taste pulpue, tequila and mezcal. You are given time to peruse the store and then head over to a large restaurant. The food was a bit pricey but decent. You will be serenaded and see a short dance performance and asked for tips. Traffic in Mexico City is no joke so expect to wait. Overall the trip was a great value.

Overall tour is good, pickup was on time and everything was as described. You arrive there early before others and site itself is amazing. I would do it again. Few comments/advices, keep in mind you might only have 30mins or less on your own at the site, make sure you know that. Souvenirs at the site are at least 4x cheaper than on the place they will take you later. If i knew that before, I would buy more! Tequila tasting place is ok but as well its a tourist trap since all prices of everything are much higher. Overall I would say they could spend more time on the site itself vs lunch/tequila place. At the end of the day we paid to see the site not to spend two hours on some mid-quality lunch (which is also priced above average). Keep in mind to get enough food and water on the first gas stop they will take you. You wont have chance later. We went home around 3pm, buses were really comfortable and nice :)
