The tour ran smoothly and it was a great opportunity to see Teotihuacan early in the day whilst it was cool and there were fewer visitors. Our guide was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and the transportation was comfortable and efficient. The 4-hour tour of Teotihuacan was extensive, covering all of the different sites of interest. We definitely felt as though we hadn't missed anything! The downsides were: the tour of Teotihuacan itself had few breaks (to rest or explore a little for yourself); feeling as though we were on a tourist treadmill (the Tequila stop seems mostly to be about purchasing from their shop and there is also a buffet lunch at the end (the food is OK), whereas we would have preferred to head straight back to CDMX and sort your own food out, seeing as it's not a long journey back); and our guide's understanding of questions and explanations were a little disjointed, I think due to translation issues.

Ligia was a delightful, informed, and engaging guide who speaks perfect English. We would highly recommend getting her for a private tour as that allows greater flexibility to your schedule. Ligia offered us several options about how to explore Teotihuacan and was incredibly informative. We would do it again -- thanks Ligia!

The tour is absolutely awesome. If you have any interest in Mexico Pre-conquest history, or if you like outdoor adventures, this is well worth your time. The setting, the views, and weather is amazing. Having a guide to explain in detail the surroundings is an absolutely the best way to experience this. And for those who like to climb the structures, which is becoming rarer now, one of them is allowed. The booking process is simple, and every step of the way is confirmed. You are provide you emails or text so that you know you’re in the right location, the transport will show up, and you don’t have to worry about them missing you somehow.
