Start your tour briefly visiting the Plaza of the Three Cultures, where you will see the Church of Santiago de Tlatelolco. Appreciate the ruins of a pre-Hispanic city, and visit the memorial in honor of the student movement of 1968. Continue to the Basilica of Guadalupe to see the ancient and modern Basilica. Experience the relic, sheltered since 1531, considered a gift of the Virgin Mary towards the Indigenous Mexican people. Finish in the State of Mexico at the majestic site of Teotihuacán. The driver was very punctual which I wasn't expecting. The trip was very good the guide explained a lot about the history of Mexico. The liqueur tasting was okay, the souvenir shop is recommended, because it was cheaper there than at the countless hawkers around the attraction. The restaurant in the stopover could have been saved as it was overpriced in my opinion. A margarita $ 95 is steep when you compare the prices to the local ones. But I would do the trip again at any time. Warning: sunscreen, even if it is cloudy in CDMX. We had UV11 / 11 and without it you are really burned!

Nice tour that included transportation to the Plaza of Three Cultures, a souvenir place to learn about obsidian and agave plant products, Teotihuacan, a lunch site (with loud mariachi performers) and the basilica of the Virgin of Guadelupe. Be prepared for a long day. We could have used a bit more communication about what was going on (didn't realize that some people had prepaid for lunch, others hadn't; waited for a long time at the gate not realizing everyone else was in the van - guide didn't come find us) but overall got good explanation (Spanish and English) and saw some interesting things.
