The address is kind of hard to find. I was looking for an office but it was a bus stop instead. I didn’t like that They give you headphones that give an automated tour. I was on the open deck and I couldn’t hear anything because of the wind and traffic noises. It would have been better to have a guide with a microphone.

Employee at the bus was vague. Like this wouldn't work. She wanted to sell me more expensive single tickets. Then I bought this deal anyway. Showed her the scan code and then she scanned it without another word and go us the tickets out of her machine. Great deal. Saved a lot of money and the tours were great fun! Recommended

Thought the trip was get on the bus, do the whole bus tour then get off and go on the boat trip but it isn’t. You pickup the Hop On Hop Off bus at your nearest stop then you get off at Bayside Market Place and do the boat tour before getting back on the bus (when it arrives) and get off at the stop you got on at. Both tours were excellent and very reasonably priced. If we had bought the boat tour on the key side direct with the company it would’ve cost us more than the cost of the combined booking.
