Everyone loves Italian food, so what could be better than making your authentic meal from scratch using the finest fresh ingredients, bursting with flavor? At 8.00 AM start your day in Milan with your guide at your disposal full day. You will get the train to Como, and the ferry will take you to enjoy your cooking class in Blevio. Start your class by discussing the daily menu in front of a drink and snacks. Then start cooking recipes from all various Italian regions. You will only use fresh and easy to find ingredients. Your cooking teacher will introduce every dish, explaining the origin and history of the different recipes and match them with the best accompanying wine.    For the main course, you might prepare homemade pasta or risotto. The cherry on top is the dessert such as the people's favourite Tiramisù. After two and half hours of team work, when everything is cooked, you can all enjoy lunch together with good Italian wine.   After lunch your guide will escort you back to Como for a nice walking tour, and then back to Milan at around 5.00 PM.
