This tour was amazing! Whenever I’m looking to book a tour I always check the reviews, so I hope this is helpful! Both tour guides were great, helpful and super knowledgeable, taught us so much about the different regions and the special things about them, and the driver was great! I truly recommend this to anyone, it’s a wonderful way to spend your time. Bring comfy shoes because it’s very steep steps, and some water with you!

this was such a wonderful tour! not super super informative which was fine with me- we did wear radios but there really wasn’t much talking from the guide, I personally loved that but if you’re looking for an informational tour rather than using this as transportation, this may not be for you!

The guide was average, not much information on the history of cinque terra. She maybe new to the job or new to handling big group. She gives the instructions of meeting point and time. She is friendly and do answer when we have queries. Cinque terra definitely looks better in pictures that we all googled. We visited 2 you of 5 village but I was under the impression we would visit all. Cinque Terra to me is been there done that. It is 3hours bus ride from Milan and a lot of steps and walking so do wear comfortable shoes. We did not manage to catch the ferry ride to view the other village. Will check if there is any partial refund for it. One advice is to check the weather forecast upon your arrival into Milan so you can change the tour to another date if the date you chose happens to be rainy day, changes can be made before 24 hours to your booked date.
