This was more convenient than the train because we could catch a bus whenever we hit our luggage. However, it was a little confusing determining which bus to get on. Eventually we just ask a driver. It seems that you just get on any bus and show them the eTicket.

There was a tech glitch with my voucher as the ticket wouldn't show up when I click on it. It took some digging back and forth with my email and the app to finally have the pdf ticket working. But, other than that, from finding the bus stop to arriving at the airport, it was all very easy!

Our flight was delayed so i contacted regarding the time and they told me the ticket was valid for the entire day. We got on the next bus which arrived prompty and left promptly. You have to load your own luggage into the bus and load it off. Everything went as expected. Only downside was the bus was not turned on and the AC on while waiting for 15 mins which in summer in Italy was brutal. Otherwise, all good.
