What people are saying about Milazzo

This was a wonderful trip. We went on August 5, leaving early morning from Taormina. The tour guide on the bus was excellent. She also made some of the announcements on the boat. She spoke English, German and Italian and took good care of us. The islands are beautiful and the boat tour around Vulcano and Lipari before disembarking was especially amazing. We took the 10 Euro bus/taxi tours around both islands and got to see some beautiful places. The drive around Lipari even allowed for a brief, 20 minute swim at a beach on the north of the island. Both of the bus/taxi excursions around the islands were in Italian, and we do not understand the language, but it was still worthwhile for us. I highly recommend this experience.

Although we do not like traveling with many people, as we did not find another option to visit any of the Eolias in one day, we decided on this activity. And ignoring that question, the truth is that the mini cruise was well organized. The ship left each port on time and the islands are very interesting. Also, we weren't expecting there to be a stop at Vulcano and another at Lipari. It was a surprise that allowed us to know, although briefly, those two islands. And to see the sunset from the sea next to Stromboli and the lava that came out several times from the volcano, very exciting. I definitely recommend it.

Super experience, really nice to be able to see the islands from the boat, Lipari with not much to visit but very nice and great for buying souvenirs, really top volcano if you are looking for a swim in clean and beautiful waters, the beach with sand black is easy and quick to reach once you land on the island, crystal clear water and perfect temperature, the beach with warm water is less exciting .. cloudy and not very clean water, however particular the fact of bathing in really hot water .

A great and rewarding experience. Climbing the Vulcano was a good time to master. Sturdy footwear is recommended. The sulfur fumes coming from the columns look impressive. Alexandra as a travel guide a gift: she answered all questions gladly, made an island tour on Lipari for interested and brought us closer to country and people.

The boat was on the crowded side, but there was plenty of ventilation and the staff was vigilantly instructing guests to keep their masks in place. Time on each island and after dark to watch Stromboli do her stuff was just right. Unfortunately, only a little bit of eruption action to see, but that’s just how it goes sometimes.
