Take a swimming break in a secluded bay, diving into the clear waters of the Ligurian sea. Once you're all back on the boat, navigate towards Punta Mesco, across the most north-western point of Cinque Terre National Park. Admire the fascinating landscape of lights and colors, and if you are lucky, spot some dolphins breaching the sea surface. The trip and our guide (Andrea) were excellent! The weather was iffy and they called me about 1.5 hours prior to say the waters were fine. They asked that we arrive 30 minutes early but we planned on 15 as posted on the site when we booked. I told her we would not be able to arrive 30 minutes early but would do our best. She said it was necessary. We arrived 15 early but one person arrived after the start time and the tour waited. It just added stress that was totally unnecessary. Again, we loved the kayaking and our guide was excellent. Our group of four ranged in age from 55 to 20. I highly recommend.

It's very worthwhile we did manarola, Monterosso we returned to Vernazza by boat and then the last one was Riomaggiore. Going with a guide makes it easier as it facilitates tickets and train schedules for better use of time
