After meeting your guide in central Florence, listen to an insightful introduction about the Cinque Terre on the 2-hour bus journey to La Spezia. After a quick bathroom break, board the first train of the day. Arrive in Manarola, the first of the Cinque Terre villages you will visit. Here you will join a small guided walk through the vines, and then enjoy some free time to explore at your own pace. Next, take the train to Corniglia. Climb the steps to reach the center of this quaint village and take some time to wander around. If you have selected the add-on, sit down at a local restaurant with a beautiful terrace and sea views. Spend a day getting to know the enchanting region of Cinque Terre. You'll visit 4 villages in total, suspended between sea and land, seemingly hanging from sheer cliffs and surrounded by hills and vineyards. When you arrive in the small village of Manarola there will be time to explore before taking the local train to Riomaggiore. Enjoy some free time here to walk around and admire the charming streets. Next, take a train to Monterosso, an ancient fishing village considered “the pearl of the Cinque Terre", with its enchanting beaches. Go swimming in the crystal-clear sea and enjoy a traditional light lunch. Continue by ferry to Riomaggiore and Vernazza and experience the intricate layout of this village with its narrow lanes and steep stairways. Continue to La Spezia, where the bus will be waiting to take you back to Florence.
The starting point of this wonderful adventure is the Central Station of La Spezia, located near the historic center of this lesser-known city characterized by a unique, old-timey charm. The first stop will be Vernazza, one of the five jewels that are part of Cinque Terre. This village is the one with the most colorful views. During your excursion in Vernazza, you will enjoy some free time to discover the village. The second stop will be Monterosso, where you will enjoy a limoncino tasting. You will then have enough free time to discover the village and eat at some of its local restaurants. The last stop before going back to La Spezia will be Riomaggiore. Hike through the stunning landscapes, colours, villages and nature of the beautiful Cinque Terre. The hike can be modulated according to the skills and desires of the guests, from a minimum of 2 hours for the hike between two closer villages, up to a 6 hour hike from Manarola to Monterosso. Be prepared for a steep ascent on old stone staircases. Your guide will help you gain the needed elevation on your own tempo, showing you the most characteristic features of this unique area. At the end of the climb, walking along the world famous stone walls, you will be rewarded by the astonishing view over the gulf and the different villages.

Awesome experience!! Every location over there is so scenic, picturesque. It involved traveling by bus, trains, boat and we also hiked in one village. Our trip to Cinque Terre was one of the most memorable days of our entire trip to Italy. Thanks to our guides Alessandro and Chris! They were both fun, patient, extremely knowledgeable , very entertaining and enriched our whole experience. We were also recommended a nice place for an amazing lunch. Cinque Terre is a must visit place in Italy. Also, I would definitely recommend guides Chris and Alessandro.
totally worth it ! Mr Gabriel and another guide they are full of energy and super responsible on accounting each and every one of the people in the group . the trip is rewarding with good food splendid view and and a feel of a nature hike . 13 hrs of this trip is totally fully filled with . we managed to get the boat ride as the weather is good . highly recommended!
Manolo and Alessandro are great guides. Very friendly and organized. The schedule time is excellent. A perfect experience for an one day trip and of course Emiliano, what a good driver. The whole team is great.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. Our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. I just wish we would have had more time to explore each of the five towns.
