I would recommend the Hop-On Hop-Off Double-Decker Bus Tour as this shows you the sites in the city and you find out what you would like to visit. You understand the city better and see things you may not know of. The views are excellent and the guides are knowledgeable and helpful with your visit to their city.

Hop-on is a useful way to see major sites and decide where you want to spend your time. As far as the commentary goes, there is a BIG difference in the information and how it's presented. Our first driver was dull and not very informative. We took a second tour to get to Bonsecours Market and enjoyed our guide Andre's commentary so much we didn't get off and went around again! I recommend getting off and taking the next shuttle if you're not happy with the guide. Overall still a good way to see the city especially for people with mobility issues.

Overall it was a good experience. Both guides were very good and spoke excellent English. The only bad experience was a young agent/conductor who tried to prevent us from getting back on the second day because we didn't have our bracelets on our wrist - although we did show him that we did have them in our pocket and had our ticket stubs. He said we should have worn the bracelets to bed the night before! You need to get rid of this jerk!
