There were two of us who took part in this expedition and it was excellent. One other person joined our small group so in total 3 people. We found out the pick-up location the day before. We had Mustafa as our guide and we feel so lucky that we did. We even had the pleasure of going to his home where his wife cooked us the most delicious Berber lunch. It was a truly authentic experience. We needed some items for the hike such as crampons, ice axe and warmer coats which Mustafa helped us rent. The hike itself was challenging in parts and the weather got so bad that we were not able to summit unfortunately. Nobody got to summit that day as the weather was too dangerous. While we were disappointed there was nothing we could have done and we still had an amazing time. I would highly recommend and I hope to summit Toubkal in the near future.

I'd definitely recommend the 2-day hike to anyone looking to see the Atlas Mountains. Muhammed was a great guide, and was able to share lots of information and we were travelling through the mountains and passing through the Berber villages. Included was some delicious food, and we were able to hike at a good pace suitable for our ability. If travelling in February be prepared for it to get cold at night, though (luckily lots of blankets are on offer)!

Our guides, Mustafa and Mohammed were great. It had recently snowed and they had to make some adjustments to the hike and encourage us when the snow was deep. Mohammed went above and beyond to rescue a jacket that blew away. Both guides are obviously proud and knowledgeable of the area. It was a great experience with wonderful views. Highly recommended.

The guides were fantastic. They knew exactly what they were doing on the trek but also created a nice atmosphere for everyone in the group. The trek itself is not terribly challenging but requires good shoes and in the winter a good jacket.

Excellent all round - Would recommend to anyone looking to summit quickly and safely. Brilliant 2 days.
